1.Service Description
The Platform provides advertising agencies and advertisers with white-label ad management, feed advertising, a service shop, wallet settlement and profit sharing.
2.Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. The account holder bears the consequences of unauthorized account use.
3.Advertising & Content Rules
Your ads and uploaded creatives must be lawful and compliant, and must not contain false, infringing, illegal or otherwise objectionable content. The Platform may review and act on non-compliant content.
4.Fees & Settlement
Ad spend, service purchases and top-ups are settled through the wallet with corresponding transaction records. Agency profit is credited to the available balance after the settlement period.
5.Refunds & After-Sales
Refund requests are subject to agency review and are handled according to the wallet and after-sales flows within the platform.
6.Intellectual Property
The Platform and its software, interfaces and trademarks belong to Adsinfeed. Brand assets uploaded by agencies remain their own property.
7.Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service due to business adjustments, with prior notice. We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms.
8.Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or third-party factors.
9.Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
